The location was very nice, but inconvenient. The owner was able to drop us off and pick us up from th train stations on most days. Other than the remoteness of the location, it was perfect. Spacious studio, with a full kitchen, and very clean. The family were very nice, but limited English.

Very helpful father and son team who provided great advice on visiting Cinque Terre and arranged a tour of marble quarries at Carrara. Lovely and quiet middle-of-nature setting with private spaces for each studio. Good-sized one-bedroom apartment with comfortable king-sized bed. Basic supplies provided and nearby supermarkets. Free wifi that works well. Well-equipped kitchen facilities. Nice restaurant nearby. Clean swimming pool with updated loungers and umbrellas. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment had a spacious living area with a lovely LCD TV and satellite channels. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The free WiFi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected with friends and family back home. The balcony with views of the sea and Apuan Alps was absolutely breathtaking. It made my morning coffee even more enjoyable. The bedroom and separate living room with the kitchenette gave me the space and comfort I needed during my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave, making it convenient for preparing meals.

Personally, I found the sofa beds in the soundproofed homes to be a bit uncomfortable. However, I understand that others may still find them suitable for their needs.

I had an incredible stay at Gli Ulivi Di Montalbano Villa. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, I couldn't get enough of it. The staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and accommodating. The private parking and wifi were convenient amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and scenic getaway.
